Return Policy

9raexpress offers a one week Opportunity for goods that meets the requirements for return. Please contact us within 7 days and we will ensure we resolve your issues promptly.

 

How to Return

  1. Fill out a form on our return gateway.
  2. Attached a picture of the product to contact @9raexpress.com as evidence.
  3. Once your claims are valid, we will contact you within 24hrs on how to recover the item from you for repartration
  4. We will send you a return tracker to enable you follow up on the procedure.
  5. Once the item has been received, we ensure you get resolution within 48hrs (Replacement, refund or exchange).

 

 Items not eligible for return

  1. Items not reported within the 7days policy.
  2. Products which their originality has been altered by user.
  3. Items whose UPC (universal product code) has been tempered with.
  4. Damaged products due to misuse
  5. Perishable product with the exception of genuine evidence of damage from seller.
  6. Beauty , health and personal care products
  7. Jewelries, undies and socks
  8. Books and CDs
