- Once your claims are valid, we will contact you within 24hrs on how to recover the item from you for repartration
- We will send you a return tracker to enable you follow up on the procedure.
- Once the item has been received, we ensure you get resolution within 48hrs (Replacement, refund or exchange).

- Items not reported within the 7days policy.
- Products which their originality has been altered by user.
- Items whose UPC (universal product code) has been tempered with.
